Dr. Frank Cibulka, MD is a family medicine physician in Phoenix, Arizona with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients and families. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1993 and has practiced in the Phoenix area for many years.

Dr. Cibulka provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns and families to older adults. His practice includes annual physicals,preventive care, chronic disease management, diabetes care, sports medicine, and everyday health concerns.

His approach is simple: care for the whole person, not just the diagnosis. He believes primary care should be personal, practical, and focused on long-term health.
